I paid my phone bill but put wrong email need fix that right email is xxxxxxx@gmail.com  what using for this

@Vicky5187 , For future reference ,for your own privacy & security please do not post any private information here due to this is a public / open forum. Someone removed your email address from your post for you.

You can still login your account with the incorrect email address but use the correct password then go to the Profile section and change to the correct email address.

If that fails, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging at:

Hi @Vicky5187 

can you still login My Account?  If you can, go to My Account, Profile, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email address used there

if you cannot login My Account, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and they can help
