@Imran_Hasan8 for official invoices, you will have to engage PM Support for them to prepare. It might take them around 2 weeks. This is a previous experience by another member regarding requesting invoice and sample of it
To engage PM Support:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

At public mobile, there are no bills issued. If you need details about your recent payment or plan, you'll need to log into your self-serve account and choose the appropriate tab to view details.
If you need a statement of account, that takes longer and will require the assistance of a customer support agent.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
