I have auto pay set up monthly but the payment wasn't taken out of my account this month and now my plan has been suspended. I have tried to pay manually but it rejects the payment. I also tried to re-enter my credit card information and it does not accept it. My credit card is working fine and I have been using it today.
Please help me activate my phone plan again.

The website is finicky. You could try a different web browser, clearing cache, incognito mode. Chrome incognito works well usually.
Make sure address matches exactly to your to your credit card bill, leave the apartment section blank.
Wait it some time before attempts.

What else is working? Is your entire plan still working or only part of it? Did you try a different credit card? It might be best to contact the mods .
