Hi, Its been a few days now, and the only reply i seem to get is that i have to wait for someone to get back to me. I'm already being charged for service i dont have  (twice actually, paid on top of the auto charge...). Is it not possible to get a refund till i actually have service or atleast get back the extra $120 i paid for my plan?

I have already sent private messages to two different Mods. Unfortunately have yet to hear back.

Just want to confirm that you have already send a private message to the moderators with all the details about your issue - see link below on what they will need.

 

If you have, unfortunately all you can do is wait - it will get fixed.
