Hi, I changed my plan, made payments and it should be effective July18-August 17 but I still have no service.

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off and back on again.

What is showing on your My Account, is the Account status showing Active? Does it show your new plan?
Maybe provide us a screenshot
And did you try to reboot your phone? Try it once more
if not works , try to reseat the sim
or if you have another phone, try to put your sim card into the second phone

Do you see change on your account?
How did you changed your Plan? Changed it Now or scheduled change on next renewal?
Do you pay manually or you are on autopay?
