Hi I just payed for my plan a few weeks ago on public mobile and im not able to call anyone as it says i havent made a payment when I have made it so could you fix this isssue.

@Zaheda if you're on either the $10 plan with 50 mins talk or the $15 plan with 100 mins talk, could you have used up all the minutes for your current cycle?  If you're on an unlimited plan, then you will need to follow the advice from @Triguy and contact the moderater team via private message.

Which plan are you on?

When exactly did you renew? "a few weeks ago" could mean that you're expired too.
