Phone Number for Top up ?

Is there a phone number to which one can top-up their plan instead of using *611 ?

@Yummy- Kind of incorrect wording. There is also the real time payments method in some stores. I would assume this customer is not on their phone or is out of country or can't login to their account.

Only way to add funds to your account is through 611 or 1-855-478-2542 (1-855-4PUBLIC) or logging to your PM account.

@DRotter   you can call 1.855.4PUBLIC from any phone 

if you are trying to make a manual payment, you need your 4 digits PIN

if you just load voucher, then it is ok

Auto pay can fail

To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611  no PIN needed  otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary
