Phone Number Transfer Unsuccessful

It's been over 5 hours and i'm still without phone service. I got a text fro my other provider right away and approved the transfer. I then changed my SIM card and have not gotten service.

I have tried re-booting the phone a few times. How do I contact customer support?

@Emily1734  Just re read your post . So you’re not getting any service at all . Not even connecting to Public mobile? If that’s the case it might be the sim needs to be reprovision on the back end in this case you will need to contact support . But first if you have another phone you can try to fore the SIM card to reprovision itself , just by trying it in another phone . Assuming you have tried to reboot the phone already
