In the past year, or less, we gave our son a public mobile account. He has received numerous phone calls that we have continually blocked looking for a person named Frank. The phone calls have not lessoned, and despite constantly blocking the numbers, they call using another means/phone number. Is there a way to get a new phone number, so our son doesn't continue receiving phone calls for someone who owes a bunch of money?

It would probably be easier to use a setting that many current phones have to send any calls not saved in the contact list directly to voicemail rather than needing to set every contact as a DND override exception.

If you don't want to change your phone number, you can try telling them that you aren't Frank. If it's a bill collector, they have to stop calling or you can file a complaint. They probably won't believe you, but telling them to stop calling or ignoring them is all you can do. Somebody used your phone number as contact info and didn't pay a bill. The debt collectors call any number on file to try to collect.

you can get a new number easily. Just login My Account, go to Profile, click the pencil to the right of the Current Phone Number, then you can choose a new number there. Reboot the phone and you will be using the new number
But just one more thing to do. Log back in My Account and you will notice the system will still try to send the 2FA code to the old number. What you need to do is to click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email to receive the code. Then after you logged in, go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number there
