My plan was automatically renewed in October but today I’m not able to make any outgoing calls

your account is up, sound like just some hiccups

did you try Reset network settings as said above?

Also, test your sim card on another phone, that will force an account refresh and could resolve your problem

Ya, the iPhone 14 is perfect. Try this for me if you wouldn't mind.

On your iPhone 14, go to Settings, General, Transfer or Reeset iPhone, reset, Reset Network Settings. It MAY depending on the software, erase Wifi and Bluetooth save info. And once that's been done, reboot the phone. This might help reconnect to the network.

i’m using an apple 14. I called 611 and they told me to go through the community. They confirmed that my next payment is due November 16, 2025, so I don’t think that that’s the issue. I need to get in touch with an agent but the system won’t allow me to create a ticket.

and your mobile data works, and you can receive inbound calls?

Try reboot phone and reset network settings

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you tried to reset your network settings? Have you dialed 611 to confirm your bill is paid? What phone are you using? Is it still a valid phone to use with pm? You can check here by entering your imei number.
