Phone Calls Stopped Working After 3 Months

I've been trying to get my issue resolved, without any luck.

My phone number has worked for approximately 3 months, but in the last 2 days, I have had ALL calls incoming or outgoing blocked as 'You do not have a long distance plan'.  I have the 12gb plan.  This is extremely frustrating as my phone is near useless.

Messaged multiple mods without responses.

if you log into your account, what is displayed under account status...does it say active or suspended/expired?

all account related things can only be resolved by the moderators... i had faster response using twitter to be honest..

Two things: 1) do you have unlimited provincial-wide calling, and 2) did you make your calls after moving out of your home province?

If you only have provincial-wide calling and recently moved, all incoming calls would be blocked, and if you tried calling back to the last province, all those outgoing calls would be blocked.

If these are the case, either change your number to accurately reflect your new area code, or buy a LD add-on.
