I just restarted my phone because it was running slow. Now, the feature on iPhone 11 has been removed: Personal Hotspot. It says to contact Public Mobile to activate. What is this? I’m trying to work remote right now. This is unacceptable. How do I call Public Mobile?

As others have indicated, this definitely is not a Public Mobile issue
My iPhone 15 has occasionally experienced this kind of quirk so turn airplane mode on and off or reboot again until you can hotspot/tether again

this issue isn't related to Public Mobile. Try a network re-set to see if Hotpot returns to normal.

There is no number to call to contact Public Mobile. Everything is done on these forums and private chats. Below is how to reach a CS Agent. Just go into Settings then Cellular and set it up again if it's missing

PM never blocks or restricts hotspot. Try reboot the phone first, Reset network settings. And the check
Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> PERSONAL HOTSPOT / APN -> sp.mb.com , and Leave Username and Password blank.
If APN shows isp.mb.com, update it back to sp.mb.com
