Hello,
I am traveling back home for two months and won’t be using my Public Mobile service during that time. Since it’s prepaid, I don’t want to pay while I’m not using it. If I unsubscribe, will my phone number be kept for me during this period? How long will my number be reserved after cancelling? Is there a way to keep my number without paying during these two months, so I can use it again when I return?
Thank you for your help!

Hello @Maddu
To add to @will13am , just log into your account before you leave, then use this link to turn off autopay. The account will be placed into that 90 day hold.
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription
Move the toggle beside Subscribed to the left to turn it off. When you return, just move it back to the right and make a payment. Have a safe trip back home.

the day you leave Canada, go into your account and disable SUBSCRIBED. When that current renewal expires...you have 90 days grace to resume service. You should be fine for 2 mos.

@Maddu , accounts can be kept in suspended state for up to 90 days before deactivation. If you are away for 2 months, you should be fine. Simply resubscribe when you are back and you will keep the same number and same rate plan.
