I’m trying to port from Virgin but the porting process is asking for a 13 digit account number while my Virgin account number is 9 digits

@O589 add leading zeros to make it 13 digits
After it is activated, check your Virgin sim and it should send you a text for your approval to port
If you wait 2 hours and still not hot the text from Virgin, call PM porting team . I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

What I would suggest is this. Set up a temporary number with Public Mobile first. Make sure you can make and take calls. Make sure you can text and receive texts. Then make sure data works. As long as it all works, you can log into your account after and port over. That's my best advice. I'd rather you be up and running than be stuck without a phone cause of porting issues.
