Hello, I have $35 credit in my account but my number of minutes are up and it is not transferring over to add to my minutes. Please help. I am in a hospital right now. Thank you.

@Habicht maybe reboot the phone first . Can you not get logged into your account either website or the app ? If you know your 4digit account PIN you can *611 . But if you can’t log in use this link to support to help
