I pay every month automatically on the 17th of each month. Is it possible for me to change that date to and earlier date in the month?

Public mobile using 30 day cycles is anti-consumer and nothing but an intentional tactic to rip off consumers. Lucky mobile and Chatr offer MONTHLY billing cycles. It's time Public mobile gets on the same page.

It is not possible to pay every month on 17th or ANY other fixed date.
PM's billing cycle is 30 days not fixed day of the month so your pay date will vary from month to month. Yes, it is possible to have 2 months bill payment on the same date, depending on how many days those months have.
Eventually, over few year your pay date will creep toward beginning of the month.

PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle. You renewal date changes every month by a day. Your account will show when your renewal date is.
Are you running out of data for this month?
It is cheaper to just buy data Add-on or use home or local wifi or use TextNow or WhatsApp app through wifi.

@Public1978 hi you are on a 30 day cycle so you don't pay on the 17th of each month ,some months it changes by a day, no you can't pay earlier but you can always make a manual payment early,it will be there when your payment date come up for renewal

@Public1978 - plans are 30 days here, not monthly. So the renewal (and payment owing date) will fluctuate each month.
You can load up as much funds as you like, when you have the money. Then those Available Funds will stay there and be used on future renewals.
