Why was I charged twice for $11.10 on April 17 and twice for $5.55 on May 1 ?????

if you don't think those are valid charges, you can ask PM CS agent to investigate.    Please open ticket with PM support:

1. If you have access to My Account, open ticket via Chatbot:

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

$11.10 is 10+tax and $5.55 is $5+tax for Ontario.

Look like they are price for add-ons.  Did you buy any add-on by any chance?  Login My Account, and click Payment History and it should show clearly what you bought.
