My card doesn't work for some reason and it works everywhere else.

@Townsend1    If you're still having problems and need to make a payment urgently, then purchase a voucher from retailers like SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone or purchase from online vendor muskbird.com for a small fee.

@Townsend1  - if you tried too many failed attempts you could have temporarily locked up your account.

Wait a full hour before trying again, and when you do open a tab in incognito mode and access My Account that way.

 

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window: 

Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

Mac: Press + Shift + n.

 

If after this and other suggestions things are not working, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

When it comes to payment cards or credit cards, use a desktop or laptop device, and you will get less errors such as this.

Before any other action - carefully check your card details in your account - just perhaps the expiry has changed etc. Good luck.

@Townsend1  Did it happen to expire recently ? Also if you know your account pin you can 611 or if you don’t know PIN number with a voucher you can 611 no pin needed to make payment
