Hi,I'm trying to activate a new SIM and the payment cannot be processed. I've tried 2 different cards. There are no fields for address or name. It's just the credit card info. How do I proceed to complete my activation?Thanks!

Open a ticket to custmer support agents to ask them to open a new account without credit card. Then pay with vouchers purchased from a store that sells Pubilc Mobile vouchers.

Hi Marina! Are you using international non-US/CA cards? That was an issue I had before, because public mobile only accepts US/Canadian cards

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

try access the site using Desktop or laptop computer instead of Mobile

 

also please use private or  Incognito mode
