You sure on the credit card, both charges are completed charges and not 1 pending charge and 1 completed?
did you just activate last month? Do you recall you had issue with activation and you have to re-attempt activation a 2nd time? If so, I am wondering if you activated twice by accident
Can you login to My Account and check what is showing as Available Fund? is it $0 ? or $25?

You need to login to your Self Serve account and go to View Payment History,
your payment should show as a credit.

@khargone : Do you mean you're seeing two charges on a payment card? Do you mean you paid in some money and then paid in some more? Did you have some trouble when you activated?

HI @khargone Please try to login to My Account. Check what amount is showing on Available Fund
Also, click on Payment Tab, then Transaction History, filter for least 7 days and see if the 2 payments you made show up there?

How did you paid?
Did you add funds to your account? Did you get confirmation? Can you provide screenshot?
