@Gurpreet12345 How did you cancel? Only 2 ways - stop paying or port out your number.

Not knowing the circumstances of your refund request, you may wish to contact the moderators about this. If you're looking for a refund for unused services from a prior payment, you're out of luck.
IF you canceled or ported and then shortly after auto-pay triggered paying for another cycle, you might be eligible for a refund, however I'm guessing there would be a very limited set of circumstances where that might occur based on bad timing.
If you feel your situation is the latter, contact the moderators.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Hello @Gurpreet12345 ,
Did you port your Public Mobile phone number out to another provider? If so, then yes, your account with Public Mobile is automatically closed and any funds paid on the current cycle you were in (including any balance that was showing in your available funds) is gone.
If you did not port your Public Mobile number and your account went into Suspended status or it was in Lost/Stolen status, then you could resume your service for the remaining of the funds to use for yourself OR maybe allow someone else to use it until the cycle is over.
Disable autopay and remove the credit card so it does not renew again.

PM service is pre-paid so if you canceled in between your plan, you cannot get any refund as per their terms and conditions.

Sorry this is a prepaid service. There's no refunds. YMMV
