Hello folks
My husband and I have been with public mobile for years now. my husband much longer. So here is my question. My husband and I live 30 minutes out of town the closest place we can purchase a public mobile card is 30 minutes away. Are used to use my credit card to make a payment for both phones however I no longer have that credit card. Because we are asked to self isolate we are having a hard time trying to get our plans back up and running which were due today. Will there be help for folks like us that have no access to a city close enough to renew our plans.I would rather not put myself and my family at risk. If anyone knows if public mobile will be helping out giving a month for free for folks that live out of town please could you let me know on this thread. Thank you so much!

Do you have a relative or close friend that can purchase some vouchers and give you the pin to keep you going for now.

You can suspend service temporarly until you can purchase another month of service. Being isolated sucks, but eventually you will need grocerys, whether you leave the house or some one brings them to your door. Most stores or gas stations carry them. This is the time to buy a prepaid credit card or PM voucher, so you can use your phone again. You may want to look into getting a koho reloadable visa card sice you dont have a credit card.

Sorry to hear that @JennDre ding.com has waived their fees, and they take PayPal. For now, since you are both in self isolation, why not put 1 30 day cycle phone on lost/stolen to suspend your service. And pay for the other one

After trying SIMon, you can send a private message to moderator. Without a ticket number, response time may be longer.
