When I goto my account, it says that the account is deactivated because not enough funds,  But when i goto pay the amount, it says my account has enough funds.  So how do i get it activated?

also I was charged an extra around 10 dollarss on my other credit card why is that?

@nannywang on your overview page on self serve do you see a "reactivate account" button at the top?  If not you can try adding funds by clicking on other amount instead of amount due. If that doesn't work you can click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and send a message to the Moderator_Team and they'll get it fixed for you hopefully today
