Data almost gone , reactivates in 4 days, I added the 15 day for $30 , it shows in payment but still says I'm almost out! If I run out before 4 days! What do I do?

Just to clarify. You stated that you purchased 15 day add on for $30. That is the US roaming talk, data add on. Is that what you wanted to purchase? Are you in the USA right now? The Canada data add ons are 30 day in duration.
Also, which plan are you on? Some old grandfathered PM plans had unlimited throttled data. Meaning that if you ran out of your data, you could continue using data unlimited but a very slow speed. These plans are unable to purchase Canada wide data add ons (since unlimited data)
Customer service agent responses are much slower over the weekend.

on the app, the list says canada long distance minutes, how to purchase the data add on? i even had a ticket yesterday, there must have been a systemproblem, she didnt receive all my and i kept sending them..it was hours, litetally ! and, i still dont know.. questions/comments

Since PM is a prepaid service. If you run out of data…data stops working and you need to purchase more add-on data and reboot your phone.
You should also login to your account and go to Subscription-Manage Subscription-Change Subscription and look at what plans you are eligible to switch too. You might see a plan with more data at the same price.

Try the PM app if it freezes on the website. You can also purchase data add-on on the app.

I would suggest you login to your account on the PM app to check your data usage first to see if you are running out before purchasing a data add-on.

When running out of data , then purchasing add on and it not showing up, I feel like I'm using up what data I have left trying to figure all this out! And tried to get a "ticket" ..seems the @@bit" is particularly finicky today

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
