"We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), provided they have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. Adding or updating your payment information will automatically enable your subscription."
Edit: The statement above is very outdated and hasn't been updated. They no longer take US credit cards.

you could try dialing 611 from your cell to hear how to add $$ to your account using your on-file payment card. You'll need to know your Public Mobile pin number.
