I can't access the self help menu for changing my debit card. I only get a screen showing my current plan. My payment is due on the 24th and I need the self help menu.

Try tapping the little plus "+" icon on the bottom which will open up an additional menu for various options, including subscription which will allow you to manage your payment details

Just wondering if you have created an Eversafe ID before login to your account?
You need to create one before login to your account so click on SignUp and create one.
If you did, what is the error message?
Or if you are on the PM app, click on the + in the dark circle (bottom left side) the go to the Subscription & Add-on>Shop Add-on>Use Registered Card then on the pencil icon.
