I cancel my service. But still charged me

how you cancel your plan? did you disable Autopay ? or did you port out the account?  That are the only two ways to stop PM from continuing charging you.  if you have used one of the two ways to "cancel" and PM still charge you, please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
