can you confirm a few things, please? (and remember, you’re posting on a public forum with other customers just like you, we are not employees of public mobile.)
When you say it is “not showing”, do you mean against the payment card from which it was charged or on your Public Mobile service account?
Can you tell us the method of payment you used as well as the type of service credit you purchased?
Was it by payment voucher or by recharge.com or a one time payment using a credit card or debit visa?

@Bon5, that was over 4 weeks ago! Did you save the receipt for the payment made on your account? If so & you can’t find the funds on your account possibly it was used on your renewal date as per @softech suggestion! It should show in your payment history. If not please sent a CS_Agent a private messenger & send a snapshot of your proof of payment at the same time to get them to look into the missing payment for you.

Did you get confirmation of the payment? Try logging into your account using a different browser and see if it shows.... if it does, then it's just a cache issue on your other browser and it just needs to be cleaned.

login My Account using Incognito mode, check if you see it in Available Fund.

and maybe it is used already for renewal?
