@Karen17 were you using Chatbot? use 4 digit pin to validate instead ofy Account

Are you not able to login to your account?
I've had better luck with the pin verification option if you know your 4 digit account pin.

@Karen17 You'll need to login to your self serve account and update the payment card by selecting Payment>Manage My Card.
Make sure to use incognito/private mode on the browser because of caching issues with the site or try another browser. Desktop is also recommended for making any changes to the account.
