You can pay with a voucher while a CS_Agent gets back to you.
You can purchase a voucher at these locations and dial 611 and enter the voucher number:

you forgot your login or site problem?
If site problem, try clear cache and relaunch browser. Or try Private/Incognito mode
if you forgot the password, try Reset Password or open ticket with CS agent to have them reset it
If you worry not enough time, you can also go out and get a voucher and then load the voucher using *611
To open ticket with CS agent, please go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If you have credit card on file with PM, dial 611 and manually pay.
Why you cannot sign up? Incorrect password? Email not recognized?
If any of above is true, contact agent to reset your access.

Dial 611 and you can pay that way...you'll need your PM pin number.
