my account has been suspended. Why? I am on the auto pay plan. I am not happy

When was your renewal? There was a major system issue on Thursday and Friday that also affected customers who rely on autopay to pay for their services that caused autopay failures. Manually topping up your account before renewal prevents account service suspension from an autopay failure.

If your renewal date is tomorrow and you still have service. Everyone account is suspended/expired and return to normal on the renewal day.

If none of your services are working and your self service account says suspended then go and make a manual payment in self service for the amount of your plan. Choose other from drop down menu and enter amount. You probably experienced an autopay failure which does happen.
