I tried to go online and change the plan on my account. The site kept freezing and kicking me out. Once it finally worked I had 4 charges taken from my bank account.

What is this about 'pending' transactions dissapearing?

 

My bank does show fresh transactions as pending but they become 'real' one after a day or two. Never had one same transaction as pending and real at the same time.

All pending do become real one unless dispute is initiated.

 

Below will become -$3.46 most likely on Monday...

Are the 4 charges showing in your Payment history or Available Funds?

Or are they showing in your credit card statement? Check if they are not pending charges, which should be adjusted and disappear when the charge is finally posted to cc.

 

If they are indeed showing in Payment history or Available Funds, you can leave them there for future purchases/renewals, or ask Customer Service  if they'll allow a refund

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and Restart your computer, is will help a lot,

 

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

 

and Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@Meganann222   What is showing as Available Fund on My Account?

 

It is likely the fund is just sitting there.  They could be used for future renewal.

 

If you confirmed that they actually charged 4 times, even the fund is there as Available Fund, you might want to get them back as it is likely not a small amount.  You can open a ticket with PM and request to give you back a refund.  Expect around 1 or 2 weeks for the money to go back to your credit card

 

To open ticket with PM CS Agent:
