Yesterday my account stopped working for non payment but I have auto pay so what happened. Then when I tried to pay manually it wouldn't accept payment

Double check if payment card is still valid as more often than not, that’s why autopay fails.

Clear cache and try again. Make sure that your payment method on file is updated with your bank. Sometimes autopay fails.
