I try all my credit cards but the system doesn’t accept any of those. I tried different days but no luck.
any one knows why?

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
I understand you tried different card on different days, but have you try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

On top of physical stores, you can also buy online with extra service fess: buy from muskbird.com , ding.com , recharge.com

are we to assume the payment cards you want to use are Canadian issued. The US cards won't work any longer.

@mrnoroozi Maybe try deleting the app and reinstalling it and gene you log into the app again allow location services on within the app itself . Also ensure the postal
code you use in account matches that of the postal code the credit card was issued too
adding if your existing customer you can also go to shoppers drug mart and buy Layne t voucher and miss the funds *611 to resume services right away and worry about credit card updating later
