I need to update my credit card information, but cannot find the option under My Account section.

that means the system cannot find your login, ask PM to help with the login
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Upon Login I receive this message: Nothing else, and cannot update payment information.

if you are using Public Mobile app, you can update card by going to Paymet page and click Update Card Information

You can update your credit card information under My Account > Payments > Manage Subscription > Manage Payment Method.
