I am on an autopay monthly plan consisting of two phones . One has been charged but the other hasn’t I am able to make calls , but my wife cannot make or receive calls on her phone . I submitted  another payment to public mobile but she still can’t make calls

for the account able to make calls, can it receive calls?  there has been a Telus voice problem with outgoing calls and you could be affected

and for your wife's account that cannot make and receive calls, does data work?

but with but problem, you should engage support for further assistance,  Please open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗

It is not possible to have 2 phones on one account. Each phone line needs its own account and separate email address.
