I can't find how to remove auto payment. I saw it before but can't find it anymore.

@GalaD no, Public Mobile does not have telephone support.
Use the contact us option inthe app. Or the chatbot.

Thanks. I thought it will remove my subscription rather than an auto payment. How do I contact am agent? Is there a phone I can call?

hi @GalaD Autopay is called "Subscribed"
Login to My Account, go to Payment page and Manage Subscription, just turn off Subscribed there
but if your want to remove credit card, you will have to ask agent to do so

@GalaD - Under "Payment" click on "Manage Subscription" and toggle off Subscribed. That will disable autopay.
On the app - use Overview > Second menu > Subscription renewal. Click on unsubscribe.
