Hi is there any way  you can get the sim # if u have my IMEI # as I can’t access my account and you toook a payment of 29.90 off my card is there anyway to track it

I send in with email it goes to get code with the phone I don't have and I can't access anything

there is nothing else u took a payment of 29.90 fro card ending in 1296 and I can't log in and cancel it as I already an accountn

More details would be helpful.  So you activated a new plan/account and unable to install eSIM?  

Did you activate via the PM app?  or finish the activation via the PM app?  

Did you receive email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM?

Its an esim  and I can't log on as it won't let me go as I can't add code

SIM cards take approximately 10 working days to be received or 30 days. No way to track it. If it's been longer than that you can see if there is s local Telus/Koodo store in your area that sells them and purchase one there. You can ask publicmobile if they can credit your account the cost . Or if it hasn't been enough time to wait.
