I can only add credits using a voucher why can I not add credits using a credit card

Right now there are issues adding credit cards for some odd reasons. Reach out to a CS Agent and they can help you put it on your profile.

have you disable Subscribed (Autopay) ? Did you provide valid credit card info when you activated ? Log in to your account / Payment to see if Subscribed is turned on.
