Hi,

My payment failed yesterday, and the site won't allow me to make a payment in the correct amount. Please restart my service immediately and fix the bug so I can pay the amount I actually owe.

Please remember that messages posted here are almost never seen by Public Mobile.  Unfortunately, Public Mobile does not provide immedite assistance for any issues.  The instructions that were provided earlier will get you in contact with Public Mobile, but it could take a few hours (it might be the next day because of the current time) to get a response.

You can reach out to a CS Agent and change the credit card on the account or update it for payment.
