It seems that you joined on August 19/23 so you want to make a payment?

You can pay with a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number or you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a CC payment. Best you login to your account and go to the Payment section and check to see if AutoPay/Subscribe button is enabled.

Vouchers can be purchased from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

If I understand you correctly, you u want to set up preauthorized payment?  if so, sign in to your account and find the options  under Payments to set up pre authorized monthly payment and put your credit card information.
