Service not working

…. And because of this issue, when I try to login to my account, I get a message to verify my account and an OTP code sent to the new number which has no service. So I cannot receive the code nor do they provide me with any other option like email to receive the OTP code. So I cannot complete the verification. This is so frustrating

@Junorelvis85   Send a private message to customer service using this link.  They'll reply either to your envelope icon top right or, if no envelope icon, tap/click your avatar and check Messages there.

I tried that and it does not give me any other option

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.
