Hello. I have 2 separate phone numbers and when I signed up for public mobile it made me create 2 different logins which I did but somehow when I login to either account both are tied to the same number (my sons). I've had nothing but issues with these phones since starting I just want 2 phones, same account same credit card but I've had nothing but constant problems someone please help. I am a casual employee and I really need my phone which at the moment I cannot pay for or top up because it's says I already have

Each account needs its own separate email address to login. When you activated your accounts, did you use 2 different email addresses?
If not, you will need to contact customer service agent to access your account and input a different email address.

the browser cache is a problem. But to get around it, , please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try again.
