How do I change my automatic payment option from one card to a different card??

if stop payment meant you want to reverse that, then please do not call the bank to stop it. PM is a prepaid provider and very sensitive to chargeback. Once a chargeback is made, your account will be suspended immediately. You will need to pay by vouchers for 12 months to get your account back in good standing.

I am logging in I do NOT see any options for this! I just made a payment via online and It didn't go to account I called bank they can not stop payment!!!!

then it will bring the hidden tab from the side

you are using phone browser
click ⊕ on the bottom left to bring up the menu

To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

just login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription, Update card information and you can make the change there
