Hi I have made a payment but still can’t use my phone it is still showing my funds

So, the money still in Available Fund and not used for activation?
Try to put your number to Lost/Stoen from Profile page , click Report Lost/Stolen Phone, and click Put my services on hold.

Then logoff for 5 mins. , then log back in using Incognito mode resume the account from Lost/Stolen and see if it works

I did all that and still showing my funds and I still can’t use my phone

just in case it is a browser cache issue, please login to My Account again using "Incognito mode" and see if the Fund still sitting as Avaiable fund and not being used If so, check if you have the button "Subscribe Now " or "Pay Now to Resume Services". If so, click on it and see if the plan renews
