Try and find a place in calgary,
It has all jumbled up info, showing places from all over cnada as if theyre in calgary.
https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/how-to-pay
Its completely useless as it is.

Are you saying that there are still CT Gas Bars that accept gift cards payment for PM vouchers?
I've tried in a few and they refused to accept payment via gift card. One place even accepted cash or debit only for PM vouchers. I've contacted their support to ask them about it, and they told me that officialy they don't allow gift cards to be used to purchase third-party vouchers.

Shell does not charge the $1, only CanadianTire Gas Bar does that. Also, Shell will give you 1 AirMile per $10 (before taxes) if you are an AirMiles collector.

Some Shell gas stations sell the vouchers too,
they dont have the card and you have to ask, it prints off a machine that looks like a debit/credit terminal

I'd love to see the top-up vouchers be made available at Loblaw's stores as they usually run no tax sales once a weekend every couple of months, and it applies to prepaid cards and vouchers (at least in Nova Scotia, not sure about the rest of the country).

I get mine at Canadian Tire Gas station in Edmonton. But the sales more often than not had no idea what it is.

Interestingly enough, the stores list is correct (for example see here for Ontario: https://www.publicmobile.ca/content/stores/storesON.json?major_version=1501601191056 or for Alberta: https://www.publicmobile.ca/content/stores/storesAB.json?major_version=1501601191056), but the javascript that parses it seems to be broken.

The voucher locator definitely needs an overhaul with updated information.
You can purchase top-up vouchers at the following retailers:
- Shoppers Drug Mart
- Canadian Tire / Canadian Tire Gas Bar
- Walmart
- WOW! Mobile
In addition, the following retailers have them available at select locations:
- Circle K
- Couche-Tard
- Esso
- Ultramar
