Payment taken but activation failed

I am trying to port my number to PM but once I added my referral code the website just stopped working, I got a pop up saying something went wrong and to submit a ticket but when I try to submit a ticket the submit button is greyed out. What do I do? I am mid switch for a great offer but stuck somewhere in limbo!
