The system accepted the $50 from my visa, it shows in the transaction history ($50 credit) yet my account remains inactive and my balance remains at $0.00! It even shows my account was suspended on August 19, 2019 - confusing! Please Public Mobile, give the bots a rest and get some humans to fix this!!

My account has the same issue. It works but the page says expired Aug 19,2019.
Waiting on a mod response about it

@Matty1 Plan was going through renewal if your phone works do not do anything and just stay away for the next day.
Edit: Do not do the lost/found trick either.

@Matty1 hi try the lost stolen trick in your self serve account that sometime wakes things up wait five minutes than report found see if that works
