I set up automatic credit card payment. But my phone has been temporarily suspended because payment problem. I don't know what happen, how can figure out what's going on and Let my phone back to work?

Autopay sometimes fail. If none of your services are working and your autopay did not go through go into self service choose the Payment tab and make a manual payment for the cost of your plan. Choose other from drop down menu and enter amount.

@Shang Pre-Authorized payments could fail occassionally. Can be your credit card problem or it can be PM's, more likely PM's problem.
login to My Account, click Reactivate my plan and follow the step to make a manual payment. Once payment is made successfully, reboot the phone once
