To reactivate my current plan, I tried pay balance for reactivate my account But payment was not accept! Keep show me error sign. All card information was correct! Because I have been paid the same card!
It is not working!! What should I do?

Try clearing your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.

Try again, but try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead.
Try doing the payment using a different device like a computer or laptop instead.
